Big Sheep

You don’t go to Shetland for its heat and dry weather, so it was no surprise that Saturday was cool and damp. We went down to Lerwick, and spent a good long time in its excellent museum on the waterfront. Afterwards we walked around the town and watched the carnival parade before stopping for the night just out of town. The blip is of a rather good sheep we saw in Northmavine on our way to Lerwick.
