Cow and her Calf in the Bush

After I had dropped the real Smokey at the special 'cat hotel' down in the valley today prior to my trip up north to the Reef, I noticed this cow and her calf standing by the gate as I was heading for home. They were very curious... until the moment I got out of the car with my mobile phone to take a photo and then the calf took fright and mum went with him/her. This was the best I could do but what I think is interesting is that it shows the cows in a natural bush setting. When I go back after my trip I must remember to take my camera with me, just in case.
