Day 53 - A longer walk

Evening dog walk and a bit cooler for Flash. However at least now in summer we can't do the whole of our old Schickling walk but have to shorten it.

Luna as always wanted to swim in the river. I noticed an object just below the water surface on a gravel bank and sent Luna to investigate. She had quite a problem realising she had to look under water but eventually even she recognised the round purple shaped object.

So we became the lucky new owners of a, as good as new, Frisbee disk. Flash was even allowed to catch it a few times - one has to throw it at him rather than away from him. Gives him a great kick to catch it and he then waddles away, gripping it firmly in his teeth to show he can still play frisbee. Luna has got used to his and waits patiently for her turn.
