Finally I decided to go back to this little village. There is something about it which makes it mystical. Not only the strange mix of modern western life and strict rules and traditions which you find in many places in Oman, the old part of the village seems to be still inhabited by the soals of people from a time, not very long ago, when man lived in total harmony with nature.

The picture has been taken at nighttime and for me it visualizes a little bit of the mystic feeling you get spending a night in the old house, just next to the room of the Imam of the village himself ...
