Heart-healthy trailwalking

For many years, trailwalking in local parks has been an important part of my regular routine, but from now on, instead of routine trailwalks, I will focus on heart-healthy trail walks. In June, my husband had a heart attack that has led to a change in lifestyle for both of us. Today's blip shows Bob on his first visit to  Chagrin River Park since his surgery at Hillcrest Hospital (Cleveland Clinic). For more details and another picture, check out my blog post for July 10th.
