Finished!

I finished this jacket today. I would normally show myself wearing it but in this hot weather I just tried it on to make sure it fits (it does !) then took it off before I melted. It is Aran weight, 75% acrylic/25% wool - I had an 800g cone which had been given to me but unfortunately it was not quite enough with that big collar. Luckily, in my 'stash' I had a couple of balls of wool the same mix and weight but without the brown flecks. As I knitted the front bands and collar I gradually worked that in and the change doesn't show - just that the collar is plain cream.
