Three meadows and a back-blip

I went to Kirkby Stehen to help give advice on creating a meadow, then walked around two lovely meadows near home with a friend, managing to avoid the rain all day. The photo is another meadow, taken in the sunshine on Saturday at a Cumbria Meadow Network meeting. This is near Tarn Hows, and shows the owner with his very effective machine for mowing and turning the hay.
