Atlanta performance art ?

This was about as exciting as it got for me in Atlanta today, a guy performing on the streets to the amusement of passers-by.

It is not my kind of city, and to be frank, I found it as dull as dishwater ! I may not have explored far enough, nor knew where to go, and the rainy weather certainly didn't help!
