Another lovely day. This morning we went to see some friends - M was the pastor at our church who left about 17 years ago! They have recently taken leadership in a small church in South Lakes so we went to surprise them - great fun! We were then invited back for dinner that evening when their 2 kids and families would be there - was so good to catch up with all the news and meet 3 beautiful grand children.
Later in the evening we drove to Cleveland for a walk along the sea front. Our first visit there and we're surprised how much money had been put into redoing the sea defenses. Found this huge work of art on the beach.
