Causing Chaos

These double yellow lines on one side of the road has only shifted the parking to the other side blocking entrances.I noticed this morning the shop owners have placed cones.this road is owned by harbour and dock company and the council have said it is not legal.it has been the talk of the village and local radio since they appeared last week.so we will wait to hear what happens next.we have had heavy showers here good for my garden and pots.tomorrow supposed to be much better.
