Meldrum Makers

After having had a tasty brunch in Westhill, and considering the weather was so much better than yesterday, I ventured further out of Aberdeen. The picture shows the Town Hall at Oldmeldrum, twenty miles or so from Aberdeen.

The town hall is hosting Meldrum Makers, part of North East Open Studios (NEOS). I went in to have a look at their display and introduce myself. It is the first time I have met a fellow Blipper face to face.

It was nice to meet Meldrum Makers, and Daisyglaisy, I might have bought something as well. Due to travel commitments I am not going to have much time to visit many of the studios participating in NEOS this year. Which is possibly just as well from the point of view of avoiding any temptation.

Although I have a clear blue sky in this photograph I noticed it had been raining while I was inside. We had the odd shower during the day, but today I avoided getting wet. Yesterday was enough for one week.
