Marmalade stage 1

Grey and foggy again today, still minus 3 at 10 o'clock.

Winter job beckoned, cutting, squeezing, de-pipping and de-pithing (stop taking the pith).

All in soak now for the great boil-up tomorrow, may have to lob a little single malt into the mix and produce a few jars of Islay marmalade - what's that - you'd rather drink the Islay and forget the marmalade?

On the mend after Monday's unzipping. Thanks for comments and text messages, (well most of them.....).
