Sunflowers, vines and velos

We hired bikes today and cycled along part of the Loire cycle route (20km, then lunch then 20k back). It was perfect cycling; a well signposted route along flat, mostly car free roads, warm but not too warm and a bit of cloud cover to protect our northern skins. (Almost - you can very clearly see where I missed a bit of sunscreen cover on my left arm).

All too tired to go out for dinner so we rummaged in the fridge and found enough for an al fresco supper.
