A fine end to the day

The usual sort of day at work, but I popped home at lunchtime so Rob could have use of the car!
After work we went to the doctor for booster jabs ouch!
But then the sun came out and I walked Pepper up the lane in the warm evening sunlight.
Helen phoned later and told me all her woes and that she is HANDING IN HER NOTICE TOMORROW! They have pushed her too far this time in the little village post office, forcing her to cover everyone else's absences and she won't do it any more. GOOD!
