Purple Plug

Eric walked me to coffee-knitters this morning since my regular walk mate was busy. We swung through Cathedral Park and up Baltimore Hill.
Baltimore hill is steep and the trick is to keep talking the entire way up the hill - if you do, and are not audibly gasping, it means you are in good shape. Good enough shape.
Yay! Judging that way, we are in good enough shape!
