With everything packed up unto their boxes last night the only job left was "knocking down" the marquee. Fortunately the weather was still being kind and there was no rain! Taking down and folding many square metres of wet marquee isn't exactly fun.
The marquee came down with no problems and was soon in the trailer ready for Penrith Show in a couple of weeks time. Needing to be sure I had a blip I stood at the back of the trailer and took a few shots of the sweep of country looking towards the Dee estuary. (How many river Dees are there in the UK anyway!)
Back home by lunchtime and then the afternoon was taken up by nipping out to the Lodge to cut the grass as we are off to Edinburgh on Thursday to visit Katkatkat.
