Striding Edge

This is the view from the Northern slopes of Helvellyn with St Sunday Crag obligingly lit up in the background.

This is our second time up Helvellyn this week. We got the bus from Keswick to Threlkeld and set off up Clough Head. We were overtaken by a guy on a cyclocross bike between Great Dodd and Watson's Dodd. He looked pretty cool. After completing the Dodds we finished the walk in Grasmere, via Tongue Gill, with tea and a scone.

The forecast is pants tomorrow so we're having a lie in and then we're off to Go Ape.
