Not a very good shot, but yet another day down at the bog...
I didn't take the camera, which as usual was a shame. Maybe the raptors will be out in force again tomorrow.

I rescued myself from this and thought you might like to see it. I don't really have the lens for this, but I tried. I think this is the hard backed type of tick and is medium sized. This is an underside view.
