Wild Wednesday / Wide Angle Wednesday

I went into town for wife today and as I passed one of the open community spaces I noticed a large strip had been left uncut. The rest of the grass was well mown. From a distance it looked very colourful and rather like a flower meadow. After completing the errand I went back to the park to take some shots of this ‘wild’ space and I am using one of the detail shots for today’s blip. As this area is left to its own devices I think it is appropriate for Wild Wednesday and also for Wide Angle Wednesday using ‘Y’ from July for the yellow in the image.
