It has rained all day long. We could sit on the balcony if we wanted and I even slept for a while there, that tired I still was from yesteday's journey.
I am reading a book on the french caricature and humour of the 19th century, by Raoul Deberdt. It is edited by the Librairie Larousse.
I have bought this book ages ago, but never read it. Now I am hosting the silly challenge, I am curious about many aspects of the comical etc.
It has many illustrations, and perhaps I can show some later.

My garden did not suffer from dryness while we were absent.
I had feared the opposite of course, but all went well.
