F1 Live!

I was up at the pain clinic at the Royal Marsden Hospital this morning... discharged - not because I'm not in pain anymore (I am) but because all they can do at the moment is monitor me. If I feel I want to go back and see them in the future I just need to give them a call. I feel ok about this.

On my way home to N and L (who still has a high temperature but it's under control with medication) I went via Trafalgar Square where they were setting up for the Formula 1 event there this afternoon and evening. This is a new event ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone this weekend.

Looking at it on the TV tonight, it looked absolutely amazing!
