Flying To Wellington...

A lovely day as we flew out of Nelson to the Capital , however the weather warnings of a huge snowstorm , gale force winds and rough weather meant we were diverted from our landing to Paraparaumu airport north of the city, due to Wellington airport closing as we descended. Shuttle buses were laid on to take us back to the city. Now with family for a special weekend ...winter has arrived!!
