Bike ride

I watched Andy Murray lose and felt sorry for him not being able to compete properly.  I suggest he sticks to walking and cycling for a bit like me to give it a chance to heal!  My knee is a slow job. I went out for a ride this afternoon then got a call from the hairdresser that I was late for my appointment. She agreed to wait for me to ride the three miles back which I did in super quick time.
