The Thousand Mile Trial

Such a surprise to see a constant flow of vintage vehicles passing the front door of the hotel this morning.  Apparently the RACs Thousand Mile Trial (http://heroevents.eu/event-type/1000-mile-trial/) was taking place and using the hotel as a waypoint on the route.

After that it was on to the Centre for Alternative Technology and a visit to the coast. 

This evening we've seen glorious post sunset colours, just not enough time to process the images.
