Suburban beauty

Only noticed these last year. Not sure if they only just reached the top of the high fence or I just never noticed. Doesn't feel like a years passed since they were out either. It was quite a grey day making them even more welcome.
Not sure what they are so if anyone is garden savvy let me know. I wouldn't mind some in my little patch of suburban garden.
