Blueberry Rhubarb Turnovers
We were watching too much of the Great British Baking Show to sit idle, so I made some puff pastry and cut up our sad supply of four rhubarb stems. They turned out quite lovely, if I do say so myself, though D says they didn't quite puff up as tall as expected, they were not all perfectly shaped, and the sauce leaked and caught a bit on a couple of them. He still ate his share.
