Memories

Today we remembered our friend who died two weeks ago. Her wish was a private cremation, with a gathering of friends and family a little later. So many people with so many memories of her; all recognisable, and often of different aspects. Not the first of my graduating class to die, but certainly the first to whom I was am so close.

This photo was taken with my camera by another long term friend from Dunedin days. S and I are joined by close friends, as we realised how despite all the time we enjoy each other's company, there are no photographic memories of us together.

I have added as an extra, a photo I took of the golf course; the ceremony was in the clubhouse.
