Village View

We haven't been far today as it was a long day yesterday and we needed to catch up on jobs. I've had the interior of my car roof apart to fix a leak on the electric sunroof that's apparently a common fault; re-grouted our en-suite shower, and cut the lawns.

I needed to update the firmware in my quad-copters and afterwards went to the loal park and test everything was working. In turn, this was an idal opportunity to get a blipfoto and post it early and we've friends around this evening for a meal.

The blipfoto shows a large chunk of Machen Village. The new Co-Op is being built opposite the church...in what was the car park of The Ffrwm-Ishta Pub which has closed down and been converted into a luxury house. The local shop this house will no doubt suffer when it opens....it was on the news that these 'Express' stores are expanding all over the UK to answer the call of our busy lives.
