That's my boy!

Here is Louis with his new camera. He used all his birthday money and bought the body of a 600d, and will be borrowing lenses from college until he can afford the 50 mm one that he wants. This was my suggested option as he could not afford the mega expensive camera that he wanted. Pretty good compromise I think.

I was really surprised at the difference between this 50mm (borrowed from college) and the kit lens on my same camera. Only problem is I want one now! I shall add it to my wish list!!

Its really great to see Louis so interested and enthusiastic about his course. Also great for me as he is teaching me bits (and we can share lenses!!)
