Lily

I took a photo of this lily a few days back when it was in fine form, however I love the texture. It's hard to tell from this photo but as it's aging the petals are looking like they are melting. It's pretty amazing.

I have to say a massive thank you to my amazing boyfriend Scott, last night he sneaked onto my laptop and bought me a founding membership!!! What a sweet and generous man I have!! So, thank you so much once again Scott! What a kind and generous thing to do.

A mixed day at work today;

- It was our last day in our current building as we are moving to Exchange Crescent (the city centre) on Monday. I really can't wait after a year and a bit of travelling to a poorly located building.
- There's going to be a department reshuffle with some of my closest friends at work moving further away. I'll still see them but it's just not the same. This will be taking place when I am away (see below) so at least I will miss the initial transition.
- Lastly, the secondment I was meant to be starting on Monday has been put back a week. I know that it is not long, but I was really looking forward to it!

And to top it off, Scott's working this weekend! Boo!
