Scotland officially rocks!!

I was a little bit nervous as my husband dropped me off at Luton Airport. I was about to embark on my first solo plane journey to a land that I had never been to before...Scotland!

I have decided that I love Scotland! it was really beautiful as we flew into Edinburgh Airport. The guy sitting next to me was Scottish and we had pleasant conversation all the way there (unlike London where no one says a word to you!). The taxi driver was lovely and the hotel staff made jokes with me when I asked them where can I buy 30 bananas!

The TEAM meeting went really well, although I ran over time. Everyone was squeaking their giraffes a lot! The highlight for me was a HR Quiz and we had three teams. This is what they decided to call themselves:-

1. The Green Brae Team
2. The farting giraffes
3. The banana splits

We had a lovely evening with a nice meal, a bottle of wine and good conversation.

I can't wait to come back!
