Rest day III

It has been a wonderful morning of rest and relaxation, with only a short walk to church first thing. It was a direction I had travelled many times, and so today I decided to go via the back streets and came across this striking piece of street art, made all the more striking (for me) by the rough and ready (aka dilapidated) nature of the building it is on. There have been some real gems of street art on this pilgrimage, adding to my sense of Dublin as a creative and living city.

I'm returning the UK tomorrow and so today has been about packing up and letting the memories of the pilgrimage begin to settle in. Tomorrow, I will aim to do a summary reflection and post some of the pictures that I took on the journey but not never got round to using.
