Adult Collared Dove

This is one of a pair which have been ejected from their nest in the Crabbe Apple tree!
 Unfortunately they built it in a bit of an unprotected area,so that the Magpies and Jays could see what was going on.
  So the obvious happened and the eggs were destroyed.
Still very young and inexperienced I expect? Maybe better luck next year?
