Compton Bay
Best Viewed Large
A beautiful September day today with warm sun and fluffy clouds during the afternoon
perfect for a long walk along Compton Bay on the south coast of the island. Quite a few people had the same idea with several fossil hunters scouring the base of the cliffs. A group of young people were swimming in the sea and families with young children exploring the rock pools. We could have done with a few more days like this during the Summer.
Mysteries of Landscape Photography-No.1- Why is it that whenever you set up someone comes and stands right in the middle of the shot? And why does that person always have to be wearing the most inappropriate and highly coloured clothing? Thank Adobe for the clone tool.
