Hand in glove

I was surprised and delighted when I found my £3 work gloves from B&Q came with a two page instruction manual.

This feeling turned to dismay when I read it and found that nowhere did it tell me how to put them on,

However, it was reassuring to know that :

"This glove is a personal protective equipment belonging to the Category II" and  "It meets the requirements of Directive 89/689/EEC on innocuousness, comfort and solidity"

Not sure if a rating of 3 on Abrasion resistance is good or bad.
