Leighton Moss

Stopped at a derelict Abbey on the way to Leighton Moss RSPB reserve. As the photo shows the scenery on its own is worth a visit. Saw 4 young marsh harriers. The drove through the lakes up to Keswick. Such a lovely late afternoon that we did the boat trip around the lake - started as the only passengers. Walked a little along the shoreline then up to town for chips.
