Wrong Size...AGAIN!

I have never had issues receiving the correct size when it comes to ordering from the internet. Getting a poor quality item is one thing but getting the wrong size twice? I originally ordered a medium and when I tried it on I was surprised it fit loose around the waist. I look at the tag and noticed it was a large. I sent it back and exchanged it for a medium. The packaged arrived today, tried on the skirt and again...its big. They sent a large again. Then I noticed there was a mistake in packaging. The clear bag the skirt comes in is marked with the wrong size. Hello? Customer service?
