Preparation

I detoured on my walk in Subiaco into a new French Bistro operated by two very well known French Chefs.

I was able to get in a few photos before they realized I was not the professional photographer they were expecting to take some shots for a new ad campaign

It was fun taking shots while it lasted and it was just as much fun seeing the young chefs at work

I will go back in the near future for dinner.

Seeing the food they were preparing... I can't wait to go back with my better half.
