Majestic Matterhorn

We took the Gornergrat cog railway from Zermatt today. Very pricey we thought as we bought our tickets!!! But when we got out at the top station, the scenery took our breath away. Mountain peaks, glaciers, snowy patches against the blue sky in every direction. Worth every penny to experience. And of course, the star of the piece, the Matterhorn, who teased us with hiding its peak behind passing clouds. When it cleared it was a sight to behold. So many photos taken!
