Plums

So today we shook the plum trees and harvested the first of the plums. So far we have made plum jam, plum sauce, plum crumble, and the plum jelly is in progress. Also added a few more jars of pickled gerkins, shallots in  brine ready to become pickled onions, (cherries, elderflowers and courgettes already processed), should be a good winter!
