Disruptive Living

The final phase of our restoration/repair project from the leak at the end of May begins tomorrow with the arrival of the flooring person.  The floor in this photo is a concrete slab which is frequently the foundation of choice in this area with high water tables and tendencies toward mildew in a moist coastal area.  I will be so glad to get finished although I have enjoyed being the primary contractor for all the services plus being the one who does some of the small repairs and cleaning in preparation for the various stages for work.  Maybe with the intense time at the hospital with my mother-in-law being over, and the time for this house project coming to a close, I can more diligent about comments on your wonderful photos.
