Morning, slow start to the day, I don't start until 10.15 this morning, so lovely shower and a hair wash, couple of brews and now time to blip!

A friend posted this on Facebook, I think it says it all in many different ways. For those of you who have followed my journal and been kind enough to comment, you will know that I have low points in my life as everyone else does, and the guidance at the end is good advice in some situations, one has to just let go, or the angst can take over your life!!!
