A selection of lines for the Mono Monday challenge - as set by 60plus.


The last four fuchsia flowers are still hanging on despite overnight rain. I’m not sure why this plant is producing blooms so late in the season, but I’m not complaining. Many thanks for the comments, stars and hearts for the two ‘ballerinas’ featured in yesterday’s blip.
The Fuchsia flower was discovered in the 1700s, and the botanist who made the discovery named the flower after a well-known German botanist Leonardo Fuchs.
