Garish Gifts from a colourful corner of California

Wednesdays are our busy day of the week and yesterday was no exception. Hence the tardy back Blip.

They are also Bonnies favourite day of the week. Although see has to endure the weekly trip to the shops and the veg market first.....poor hound!

It's her favourite day because after all the boring shopping she gets to play out with her pals Steve (the human willing stick thrower), and his Lakeland terrier Max (the canine who follows her everywhere she goes...looking for her stick!). I on the other hand get to catch up with my folks, drink a brew or two and have a spot of lunch etc. You could say it's a winning combination for both parties......And it is, although Bonnie is unlikely to miss our recent absent companion, I in fact do. She started school full time on Monday.....and is enjoying it immensely, just comes home a complete ratbag.

Visitors came for tea and brought gifts for the girls....very bright ones from L.A. and they went down a treat. Looked good next to Peggy's reading homework too.
