Summer's eve

After a beautiful day stuck in the office, it was nice to have a pre-dinner walk round Davidsons Mains (Barton Road)looking towards the Firth.

In other news, I was at Clare, the wonderful physio at Slateford Medical Centre, who was so pleased with my shoulder improvements (movement and strength) that I don't need to go back to her, although, I still need do my shoulder exercises.
