OMG...A bead of sweat....

Market day in cadaques.  just the right amount of tasty fruit and veg, meat and cheese to choose from. I think it was 3 swims today, the first just a wash early in the morning with the very civilised shower on the beach afterwards. 
I did have a nice swim along the shoreline later on, and now I have a tow-float so I'll be very visible and safe, no stopping me now.  
I have managed to convince the whole party - even the teenagers - to get up early tomorrow for a sunrise walk along the shore to a lighthouse.  I'm sure they'll thank me for it.
