Busy as a bee

Jack had a friend for a sleepover last night and they woke up early, so I enjoyed the early morning peace and went for a run. Haven't been since before holiday due to shoulder pain but decided to try and get back into it if I could manage to not make my shoulder worse . Used the C25k app which I find really motivating.

My friend picked me up in her hubbies MG and we went back to 1940s festival to look around some of the stalls and shops we didn't get to spend enough time in yesterday with the kids.

Spent the afternoon pottering about and then took Grace home early evening.

A nice weekend, blip is one of the many bees and butterflies that were in the garden, the butterfly flew off so I zoomed in the bee!
