These lines are on my dads wrist band at the hospital.. There is a scannable code on it that can bring up his medical history in an instant...

The good news is my dad is still here physically...

Now the rest of the story...
Parkinson's with Lewy Bodies
Congenital heart failure
Three broken disks on his spine
Sepsis has taken hold
and.....

Currently he is on the antibiotic of last resort.. If this antibiotic works then over the next few months with a brace his back will heal. Then we can start physical therapy again...

While Parkinson's with Lewy Bodies continue to take it's toll..

No surgery is possible in his current condition and according to the neurosurgeon no surgery would help his back.. It just takes months to heal in a healthy person...

Tomorrow we will know if this antibiotic is working.. They say there is no chance of anything else helping him if this doesn't work..
