Another dullish day with a bit of rain so we headed to Gibralter for something to do. it turned out to be a great day out even if we didn't get round to buying the cheap booze that we went for. We drove round and explored for a bit where we saw this mosque (part of which is pictured here) and watched the salvage operation by 2 little tugs of a large tanker that had been grounded on the rocks at Europa Point back in October. Then we headed up to the top of the rock where we went in the caves there and then saw and avoided plenty of the Barbary apes and then we wandered down through some of the tunnels that had built a few centuries ago. Apparently there's a network of tunnels inside the rock that altogether go on for 33miles.
Massive queue to get back onto the mainland probably because they kept closing the road over the runway so that planes could take off.
