Good morning. Forecast looks good for today. Typical it's a Tuesday so I'll be in work all day. 

I was reading about proposed 'mental health' days which some companies offer, for people to look after their minds and spirit. I seriously think Scotland needs to have 'good weather' days as they are so rare, and so good for the soul that everyone should immediately be outside!!
